Hello everyone and thank you for visiting my blog. Zzaika.com is my online diary for all the recipes I create and cook. I never had in mind that I wanted to blog about every experiment I make in my kitchen but thanks to my very encouraging husband and my sisters, not to forget my dear friend Neha, here I am writing my experiences with the spices and sugars of kitchen.
Hope you like what is published here and if you think some changes need to be done,please leave a comment and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Regarding the photographs of the recipes, I use our NIKON P80 camera and I wish to dedicate more time to food photography and will hopefully get better.
